The requirements for a $0 cost testing are as follows:
All insured patients are covered but you must meet the criteria below also:
Experiencing symptoms
Exposed to someone with COVID-19
Living or working in a congregate setting
Asked to get tested by a healthcare professional, contact investigator, or public health department
Note:
"For At-Home PCR Collection Testing, insured patients must be tested within 15 days."
For all non-insured patients:
The cost will be $125 per test.
