Where are my results?
Thank you so much for choosing Fast Lab! We really appreciate your trust.
If you're waiting on your email, please make sure you check your spam folders as we're working hard to get lots of results out to everyone and it may end up there!
If your email hasn't come through, please follow the instructions below to get your results:
Click this link https://fastlabtech.com/results/.
Enter your Kit ID or Barcode on the “Test Kit ID” field. If you are using a mobile phone, you may click on the “Start Scanning” button and scan the barcode.
Once done, click “Submit”.
In a few seconds, you should be able to view your test results.
a. If your results come up with Not Detected, you have tested negative for COVID-19.
b. If your results come up with Detected, you have tested positive for COVID-19, as it has been detected outside of the normal range.
You will then have the option to “Download” it or “Check Another” result.
