Can I return my PCR kits without using it?
Kits that are mailed back to us unused will be billed directly to you as they become unusable. To avoid being billed, we kindly request you to simply use the kit and ship it back to us at $0 cost.
Please make sure you have used your at-home PCR Testing before returning it.
Put your test into the box and stick the free return shipping label on the box. Ship your kit back to us through the following options:
(1) put the package in your mailbox,
(2) give it to a USPS mail carrier or
(3) drop it off to any USPS drop box.
Please make sure you do this on the same day that you take your test. Once you place your kit back in the mail, it will be received by the lab within 2-5 business days if dropped off before USPS’ cutoff time.
