How to return the COVID-19 at-home PCR testing?
Please make sure you have used your PCR kit before returning it. Put your test into the box and stick the free return shipping label on the box. Ship your kit back to us through the following options:
(1) put the package in your mailbox,
(2) give it to a USPS mail carrier or
(3) drop it off to any USPS UPS drop box.
Please make sure you do this on the same day that you take your test. Once you place your kit back in the mail, it will be received by the lab within 2-5 business days if dropped off before USPS’ cutoff time.
