Ship your kit back to us through the following options: (1) put the package in your mailbox, (2) give it to a USPS mail carrier or (3) drop it off to any USPS UPS drop box. Please make sure you do this on the same day that you take your test. Once you place your kit back in the mail, it will be received by the lab within 2-5 business days if dropped off before USPS’ cutoff time.

If your email hasn't come through, please follow the instructions below to get your results:

Enter your Kit ID or Barcode on the “Test Kit ID” field. If you are using a mobile phone, you may click on the “Start Scanning” button and scan the barcode.
Once done, click “Submit”.
In a few seconds, you should be able to view your test results. a. If your results come up with Not Detected, you have tested negative for COVID-19. b. If your results come up with Detected, you have tested positive for COVID-19, as it has been detected outside of the normal range.
You will then have the option to “Download” it or “Check Another” result.
